PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
To attend your appointment face-to-face, you must have:
- 7 asymptomatic days if you have had COVID.
We can arrange a videoconference or telephone appointment with you if you do not meet the above requirements.
When attending, please:
- Remain outside or in your car until you are called for your appointment.
- Call the clinic on 0413 676 689 when you arrive to let the staff know, and to arrange payment for your appointment. Minimise time in the office by paying online/over the phone.
- Please wear a mask until seated for your session and directed to remove it by your practitioner.
- Do not come into the office if you have cold/flu symptoms, or suspect that you have or have been exposed to COVID.
- If you have had COVID, or suspect that you have COVID, do not come back to the office until you have been asymptomatic for at least 7 days.
If this is your first appointment, please ensure you have filled in your intake forms prior to attending. These forms will have been emailed to you. If you did not receive the forms, please call the clinic to arrange another copy.
You can park in the designated parking for Shop 6. Thank you for your assistance and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Cancellation and Deposit Policy
When you book an appointment, we reserve the clinician's time for you. This incurs a cost.
Initial Appointments:
A deposit of $88 is required to secure your initial appointment. This will be put towards the cost of your initial session.
For third party payers such as NDIS, we require a signed Agreement prior to booking your initial appointment.
A deposit can be refunded if we are given 1 business day of notice.
Confirming your appointment:
At 2 business days* prior to your appointment, we will send you a confirmation text. If you do not reply YES, we will attempt to contact you to confirm your attendance.
At 1 business days* prior to your appointment, if you have not confirmed, we will not guarantee your appointment. This means that the appointment may be refilled.
Cancellations:
A full fee will be charged for a confirmed, but unattended appointment.
A full fee will be charged for an appointment cancelled within 1 business day*.
A cancellation fee will not be charged if the spot is filled.
Cancellation or missed appointment fees must be settled before further appointments can be be booked.
*Business days:
Our business days are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday.
If your appointment is on Monday 3pm, 1 business day prior is before Thursday 3pm.
If your appointment is on Wednesday 9am, 1 business day prior is before Tuesday 9am.
Please note that our fees and cancellation policies are already well below the industry recommendation for session fees ($280 for 46 - 60 minute session), and cancellation fee (0 – 24 hours notice: Full fee; 24 – 48 hours notice: 50% of fee; and 48 hours – 7 days notice: 25% of fee) set by the Australian Psychological Society.
